Delete data without closing your account

What you can erase yourself

• Your profile picture and display name: Profile → Edit my profile.
• Your reviews and ratings: Profile → My reviews, then delete the review.
• Your published recipes: Profile → My recipes, then delete the recipe.
• Your favourites and shared lists: from the Favourites tab.
• Your saved addresses: Profile → Addresses.
• Location permission: in your phone settings. The related history is erased when you withdraw it.

By written request

Write to smoothandesign@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, with "Data deletion" as the subject, saying what you want erased.

We verify your identity and handle the request within thirty days at most. If part of it cannot be met, we explain why.

What cannot be erased while the account exists

• Your email address: it identifies the account. To erase it, you have to delete the account.
• Open orders, until they are delivered or picked up.
• The accounting records for past orders, kept for ten years under legal obligations.
